Customer call John the plumber out today because they have a sewage back up that is causing the toilet to gurgle and sewage water to come up from the bathtub based on technicians findings he concluded that the issue is customer has a mainline blockage and in order to clear this blockage technician will have to sneak the bathroom line from the vent stack on the roof. Customer agreed to go with option one over the phone. Technician had to wait for the tenant to come back into the home before he started any work with the clearing of the drain because there is no power in the outlet located outside. After tenant tenant arrived, technician already had the equipment set up on the roof, and proceeded to clear the stoppage. The line was backed up due to the condition of the cast-iron in toilet papers. Single story drain clearing from roof vent (Up to 75 feet) DRAIN LINE LOCATED & HAS ACCESS ALREADY/ RUN K-60 CABLE THROUGH ROOF VENT. PRICE INCLUDES 1 ATTEMPT

Upon arrival, the customer was experiencing a main line backup. We accessed the line from the roof stack and ran approximately 65 feet of cable in an effort to clear the blockage. We were successful in clearing the line. Afterward, we thoroughly tested all fixtures for proper functionality, including flushing all toilets and running the showers to ensure proper drainage and flow throughout the system.

During my initial investigation throughout the entire house, the only two items that are having issues with draining is the master bathroom Jacuzzi tub and the master bathroom shower. Everything else is draining properly and is in need of service at this time. This estimate is to provide a snaking service for the master bathroom Jacuzzi tub along with a sneaking service for the master shower. While attempting to clear the Jacuzzi tub, I came across a big root ball. I confirmed that it was a root ball with the camera. I did not charge customer for the camera service. I explained the situation on the recorded tablet line and she said at this time all she wanted to do was proceed with the stoppages and not deal with the root ball in the Jacuzzi line. Customer stated credit card is on file for office to charge card.

Upon arrival to the location, I met Diane, whose elsie daughter. She allowed me inside and took me the master bathroom. She began by explaining the insurance company was out looking at the apartment and flagged this drainage due to the tape around the p-trap. Elsie has been at the apartment for 7 years, there’s no shut off for the unit, and the water heater was changed when they moved in. I told Diane we could take care of that issue under the lavatory today, and I proceeded to show her an option which she approved. Moreover, I got what I needed to make repairs and got back upstairs. Furthermore, after making repairs, the bathroom drawer was giving issues, had to make some adjustments to accommodate new drain. In addition, I showed Diane, tested for leaks and none were found. In conclusion, all is operating accordingly at the moment. Replace P Trap under lavatory REMOVE EXISTING P TRAP AND INSTALL NEW PVC P TRAP. 1 year part and labor warranty

Upon arrival we were shown to a leaking emergency shutoff Valve on a toilet. We advised to replace the remaining old style emergency shutoff Valves due to the same thing might happen with those. For today, the customer agreed to replace the leaking valve only. After installation we turned the water on to ensure the valve was operating properly and leak free. Heavily suggest replacing the 15 year old water heater and the remaining old multi turn style emergency valves

We extensively checked the work we completed today for leaks and proper functionality. Everything is working properly and leak free. We will come back Friday to complete the rest of the work due to the customer supplied bathroom faucet being delivered Thursday. Came back out today to finish the job we started by replacing the shower valve and customer supplied bathroom faucet. After installation, we ensured there were no leaks and the new shower valve and bathroom faucet were operating properly. After, we were informed the gas

Service Summary We met with the homeowner today regarding water coming from beneath the floor under the bathroom vanity. ⸻ Inspection Findings • A camera inspection was performed through the drainage system. No visible breaks or damage to the cast iron piping were found. • A smoke test was also conducted. Smoke was observed escaping from the toilet and the bathroom area. • Based on this, we informed the homeowner that the toilet may require a new gasket seal. However, the seal issue is not the cause of the water leaking under the vanity. ⸻ Possible Causes Discussed • There may be an improperly connected Fernco or no-hub band between the cast iron and PVC from a prior bathroom remodel. • Alternatively, there could be a micro-crack in the cast iron that only allows water to escape when a backup occurs and the flood level rises above the transition point between cast iron and PVC. ⸻ Recommendations No immediate repairs recommended at this time. We will provide additional opti

Upon arrival, the customer directed us to the guest bathroom where the toilet had already been disassembled. The customer expressed concern about water overflowing from the fill valve compartment when the toilet is flushed. Upon inspection, we noted that all screws securing the fill valve compartment lid were missing. The customer confirmed that the screws were missing when she initially removed the toilet seat from the base. Further evaluation revealed that the toilet may have shifted at some point, which likely caused the hose—pinned against the wall and connected to the compartment lid—to become misaligned. This may have contributed to the overflow issue. We resecured the fill valve compartment lid by reinstalling a screw and advised the customer to monitor the toilet for any further issues.

We arrived on site and got to work based on the signed estimate for the jetting and descaling. The service was performed without any warranty but successfully addressed the issue with the existing cast iron piping. We began by flushing all toilets throughout the home to confirm the initial flow conditions. To properly assess the condition of the piping and confirm the location of the issue, we ran a camera upstream through the line. This allowed us to inspect the interior of the piping, identify areas with significant scale buildup, and locate the original cleanout, eliminating the need to construct a new one. We then proceeded to descale the cast iron piping and performed hydro jetting to flush out all remaining scale and debris, successfully restoring the flow in the pipe to the best possible condition given the current state of the system. After the jetting and descaling were complete, we ran a camera through the line again to verify the results. The second inspection confirmed t
